Organizations across Halton are getting a small boost that will have a big impact.
Six charities across the Halton Region have received a grant of $1500 each through the Community Foundation of Halton North.
Each grant recipient helps ease the challenge of hunger and food security in the north Halton communities.
The charities in Milton include Meals on Wheels, the MCRC, and the Salvation Army Food Bank.
The Community Foundation of Halton North is a non-profit charitable organization.
CFHN is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of representatives from across the communities that make up Halton North.
