The list of impaired drivers for Tuesday, May 19th was released by Halton Police.
Across Halton, there was one case of impaired driving. Milton was involved in the case.
Just after 11:30 a.m., officers stopped a 29-year old Milton man in the area of Bronte Street South and Anne Boulevard in Milton.
He was charged with impaired driving and refusal to comply with demand.
Remember, driving under the influence is considered a crime in progress. Call 9-1-1 immediately if you suspect someone of driving impaired.
