Halton Regional Council has approved plans for an expansion for James Snow Parkway.
They approved an additional four-lane roadway from Mount Pleasant Way to Campbellville Road.
Council also approved to realign Tremaine Road and to create a new roundabout at James Snow Parkway and Campbellville Road.
The project includes an increase of just over $1.4 million dollars in the budget.
Construction is anticipated to be completed by the end of June, 2020.
