The Halton District School Board has gone through several changes as COVID-19 forces closures until May 31st at the earliest.
Halton District School Board Trustee Donna Danielli, says that at first, it was a tough transition, but they are finding ways to get through it.
One of the changes that they needed to be made was the switch to online learning. Danielli credits the teachers who made the adjustments.
While the switch to online learning has been easy for some students, rural students with slow internet have had a little trouble with the transition. Danielli says the school board has found ways to solve that issue.
One of the topics that have been brought up is graduation. Danielli says that they are following the advice of the Province.
