The Halton Region has updated their numbers for the novel coronavirus.
Milton’s totals have dropped since yesterday, going from 98 confirmed positive cases to 97. We have reached out to the Halton Region for clarification on why that has happened.
However, Halton’s numbers have risen, going from 448 to 456 (an increase of eight confirmed positive cases).
In Milton, there have been 74 recoveries and three deaths.
Across Halton, there have been 352 recoveries and 22 deaths.
Province-wide, 277,522 have been tested and 16,187 are confirmed positive. That is an increase of 459 people.
11,859 tests are currently under investigation.
