The Town of Milton is focusing on by-law enforcement on education rather than fines.
The topic came up at the most recent Town Council Meeting.
Regional Councillor for Ward 3, Mike Cluett, says that staff will be focusing on education rather than enforcement.
When asked how the Town of Milton will be approaching by-law enforcement staff explained the decision.
In response, Regional Councillor for Ward 4, Zeeshan Hamid, says that what they are doing is working.
