A man in Milton has turned towards 3D printing to provide Personal Protective Equipment for healthcare and front line workers.
Ryan Dorland is running 12 printers out of his basement and garage that are producing visors, visor parts, and ear savers for surgical masks.
Dorland says this idea came from a conversation with his cousin.
Currently, they are producing a staggering number of PPE’s.
When it comes to who they are supplying the range is from Milton to out west.
One of the 12 printers was donated by the Milton Rotary Club, however, when things start to settle down a bit he says the machines won’t go to waste.
Finally, Dorland says that they currently have enough supplies to produce equipment for the next two months.
