
Lottery winners in Ontario may need to wait a bit before they can claim there prize.
During the COVID-19 outbreak, OLG announced that customers can redeem prizes up to one thousand dollars at local lottery retailers.
The payment is subject to the availability of the cash in each store. The OLG Prize Centre at Yonge and Dundas Street in Toronto was temporarily closed on Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
If you have a prize worth over $10,000 may be redeemed once the Prize Centre is reopened.
As for lottery sales, it will be up to each store if they want to open their doors.
