A Mississauga man is facing charges after damaging a Halton Police car in Milton.
Just after noon on Saturday, March 28th, the man approached the police vehicle with a sledgehammer.
He began hitting the car with the weapon.
The man was wearing a bandana over his face during the incident.
After a short foot pursuit, the suspect was arrested by an officer.
39-year old James Stokes was charged with Mischief Under $5000 and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order (x4).
Stokes was held for a bail hearing in Milton.
