Local churches have been finding other ways to hold their sermons during the COVID-19 outbreak.
With group gatherings being prohibited during this time, churches have been broadcasting their sermons online.
Local church goer, Jonah Vanleeuwen, talks about his experience.
Vanleeuwen adds that he’s disappointed to not take part in the community aspect of church.
That said, he understands the measures being taken to ensure everyone is safe.
Vanleeuwen, believes churches have taken the outbreak seriously.
Finally, he says it’s important to put peoples lives over religious gatherings.
Right now, there’s no set timeline for public gatherings to be allowed.
