Food 4 Kids Halton is getting creative with the extended March Break.
They will be providing gift cards to families by mail.
Gayle Kabbash, Executive Director at Food4Kids Halton, says that this was an effective way to get supplies to families.
Kabbash says that needy families haven’t been forgotten in the process.
She adds that Food4Kids Halton is also taking precautions with food that comes in. Ensuring that it’s wiped down, and the facility remains clean in the process.
