
The Halton Regional Police Service – Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit has completed an investigation into a sexual assault that occurred in 2014.
On November 28, 2019 Dr. Clarence Clottey (59) of Oakville was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault and is being held pending a bail hearing in Milton.
The Halton Regional Police Service has once again arrested and charged Clarence Clottey (59) of Oakville for Sexual Assault. The victim is this incident is an adult female patient, and the assault occurred between 2013 and 2016.
At the time of the assault, Clottey was a practicing doctor at Bristol Family Physicians located at 102-2315 Bristol Circle in Oakville. Police believe there may be additional victims.
