The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario was back on strike yesterday, and today in the Halton Region.
Outside of Anne J. MacArthur Public School teachers were picketing in the area.
Previously, teachers in Milton were located in more centralized regions, however, this time they wanted to be local.
Rachelle Malley says they want their community to see their teachers on the picket line.
When it comes to support, Tiffany Meimen says she’s heard interesting things from students.
Some of the issues, including class size, and wages, have been talked about, there are other issues that teachers want to address, according to Tiffany Meimen.
Teachers will also be on strike today across the Province.
