Milton remains one of the most expensive communities to buy real estate in the country.
A list of predictions was recently released by real estate website and brokerage Zoocasa.
They cover home sales, price growth, and mortgage rates in the new year.
In it, Zoocasa says residents will likely experience an easier time buying due to lower expected interest rates.
However, in the GTA, including Milton, it will remain a sellers’ market.
