Right before the Christmas Holidays, the Milton District Hospital Foundation received a big cheque from a local hockey organization.
The Milton Oldstars, donated $15,000 to the foundation last week.
President of the Oldstars, Dave Delpapa says that this isn’t the first time that they’ve donated to the community.
Delpapa says thank you to the Milton business community.
The two big events that they run each year are there annual golf and hockey tournaments.
In total the team has donated $370,000 to the Foundation and over $500K to various organizations in Milton.
