Milton Town Council has approved requirements that they feel are necessary for the new CAO to have.
On Monday, they held a special Town Council meeting that included a presentation from Robert Johnston, from Organization Consulted Limited.
He laid out a summary of what is expected from the new position.
The consulting company is leading the search with assistance and direction from council.
One of the additions that Town Councillor John Challinor would like to see added is regarding Financial Literacy.
The position is currently held by Andrew Siltala on an acting basis.
