
The Halton Police have seized a semi-automatic carbine rifle in Milton.
On Friday November 1st, the Halton Police searched a Milton residence where they found a stolen high end Audi R8 vehicle.
The vehicle was stolen during a robbery in Toronto a few days prior.
While searching the residence they found 4 different types of ammunition, an air pistol, and an SKS semi-automatic carbine rifle.
Two people face a number of charges and were held for bail.
27 year old Aljibon Nasufil of Milton was charged with
- possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
- breach of probation
- possession of a firearm knowing possession unauthorized
- careless storage of a firearm
- careless storage of ammunition
- possession of a firearm contrary to order
- possession of ammunition contrary to order
23 year old Reem El-Roz of Milton was charged with:
- possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
- possession of a firearm knowing possession unauthorized
- careless storage of a firearm
- careless storage of ammunition
