Multiple media outlets in Kitchener-Waterloo are reporting that Timi Gusak has died.
The 32-year old Milton man was facing multiple charges for allegedly sexually assaulting three young girls.
At the time of his arrest in August, Gusak was also charged with possession of child pornography.
The cause of Gusak’s death has not been confirmed.
None of the allegations against Gusak have been proven in court.
