
In the early hours of Sunday September 29th, a pedestrian was struck by a GO Train in Oakville.
At approximately 1:40 am, the Halton Police were called to the railroad tracks in the area of Fourth Line and Speers Road.
Emergency services responded and confirmed that the pedestrian had been struck and killed by a westbound GO Train.
GO Special Constables and the Halton Police’s Collision Reconstruction Unit attended the scene.
The Collision Reconstruction Unit are investigating the incident.
The identity of the pedestrian will not be released.
