The Halton Police have released their list of impaired drivers between the dates Friday September 13th and Wednesday September 18th.
During the 6 day span, there were 5 cases in the region. Only one involved Milton.
On the 17th just after 7pm the Halton Police responded to a collision in the area of Ontario Street South and Wakefield Road in Milton.
A 24 year old Milton man was charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand.
