
On Friday, students across the world took part in the Climate Action strike, including some in Milton.
They were at Town Hall on Friday raising awareness for the harmful effects of Climate Change.
The protests began in Asia and continued throughout the day including at Milton Town Hall.
Here are some of the students who voiced their opinion on the issue.
Some of the students were from Queen of Heaven Elementary School.
One of their parents says that they are proud that they are playing a role at such a young age.
Inspired by the 16-year-old Swedish activist Greta Thunberg, protests are planned in about 150 countries to call on governments to take immediate action to limit the harmful effects of manmade climate change.
