The Town of Milton is preparing to start looking for a new CAO.
At this week’s council meeting, council accepted a document outlining the process they will take to recruit their new hire.
That process includes the development of a CAO profile that will help Town staff determine if an applicant is the right fit.
They will also update their CAO perfomance evaluation model, council will then review the candidate and a new CAO by law will be presented to council for their approval after they have hired a recruit.
Milton’s CAO retired this May.
