
The Town of Milton has received feedback from it’s third-party Service Delivery Review.
The Review was done by Blackline Consulting.
The goal is to improve the understanding of services provided by municipal government.
Regional Councillor for Ward 4, Zeeshan Hamid, gives his initial reaction to the S-D-R.
Councillor Hamid adds that ultimately everything is the Town Council’s decision.
The Review just provides an outside perspective on the services in Milton.
Hamid says the Review is well-timed.
Blackline Consulting has developed 18 priority opportunities and 31 management opportunities for the Town.
They include suggestions like investing in energy, repurposing the outdoor pool, and maintaining Fitness Studios and Weight Rooms.
