Halton Police Human Trafficking Unit have arrested a Toronto man.
On Wednesday, July 31st, 30-year old Everett Effah was arrested for a long list of exploitation and trafficking charges.
Those include:
– Trafficking in Persons
– Receiving Material Benefit Resulting from Trafficking in Persons
– Receiving Material Benefit from Prostitution
– Exercise Control
– Advertising Sexual Services
– Living off the Avails of Prostitution
– Procure to Become a Prostitute
– Assault
– Assault with a Weapon
– Sexual Assault
– Possession of a Controlled Substance
