The continuing saga of Bill 108 continued at Milton Town Council last week.
There was a motion that was brought forward to council asking them to make submissions to the province regarding the Bill.
Milton Mayor Gordon Krantz asked staff during the meeting for some things they would like to see.
Town Council staff also added they would like review regulations.
Regional Councillor for Ward 1 Colin Best added that the Association of Municipalities has put together a technical committee to review the bill as well.
One of the changes that the Town wants clarification about is regarding development timelines for the freezing of development charge rates.
